About 75 per cent of the world's people live in Eurasia, and most of the world's physical wealth is there as well, both in its enterprises and underneath its soil. Eurasia accounts for about 3/4 of the world's known energy resources.

 

America's withdrawal from the world or because of the sudden emergence of a successful rival - would produce massive international instability. It would prompt global anarchy.

 

The most immdiate task is to make certain that no state or combination of states gains the capacity to expel the US from Eurasia or even to diminish significantly its decisive arbitration role.(p.198)

the idea here is always that the middle east is the not main theater you've gotta have world wide policy and that the question of world domination and world supremacy involves China, Russia and India more than anybody in the middle east
Brezezinski does not wanna attack Iran. he actually issued a statement saying he wants US fighter jet to shoot down the israeli air force if they try to bomb Iran.
Very interesting statement he call it the USS liberty in reverse that got a lot of attention.
Why is it that Brezezinski doesn't want the attack on Iran? He has greater things in store for Iran he doesn't want Iran at war with US That's a loser. that's gonna cost you a lot and you're gonna lose you'll probably collapse in the process
he wants Iran at war with Russia or with China or with both or at least iran cutting off the oil to China and locked in a tremendous conflict with Russia about the oil of the Caspian sea and other regional issues.

The obama policy has been first of all to continue the Bush destabilization of Iran. this took the form of an attempted color revolution and of a CIA people power coup of velvet revolution and this time the green revolution,the green revolution of Tehran.
We had the orange revolution in Kiev,Ukraine we had the roses revolution of Tsibili of Georgia.
now we've got the green revolution of Tehran, Iran.

Who was involved? mousavi the foreign minister and prime minister of iran during the 1980's who ran iranian side of iran-iraq war, which was  the dream senario for the us and british.

Imagine iran and iraq locked in war with millons of casualties both of them devastated and taken care of an entire decade. some of them said at that time the us and the british wanted that war to go on forever,if possible and mousavi made it possible.
Mousavi and Hashemi rafsanjani, the head of the corrupt and backward monarch and bizarre merchant.
so the mousavi and rajsanjani faction is the CIA coup faction. They attempted to overthrow Ahmadinejad
Who is Ahmadinejad these days? Ahmadinejad is a military man.he's from the past iran, revolutionary guard he's similar to Putin in his background something like military intelligence. So  Ahmadinejad is evolving that government more and more towards    traditional military dictatorship. The mullahs the religious fanatics play less and less of a role. you think that the US would be happy? if islamic fundamentalism is so bad. why not be happy? when Ahmadinejad cutting down the power of these mullahs. but no it's the opposite.
When you see Mousavi and Rafsanjani green revolution faction in Tehran going into the street.
They chant,"Death to Russia and death to China"
it means that if they take power,they'll cut off their oil to China and they'll look for quarrel with Russia and they're resentful because at the time of the attempted coup, hmadinejad got an immediate support from Russia and the shanghai cooperation organization.
So that's one side. Itto mobilize rich leaders oforth Tehran and the desperate housewives of north Tehran
into a mob to try to convince the world that Ahmadinejad lost the election when there's absolutely no proof that he did most of the proof says that Ahmadinejad actually won that election.
The other ide of it is the regional destabilization.

You've got CIA secret army working on Iranian territory this was the launched programme by Bush in 2005,2006. Four hundred million dollars plus some of it for the color revolution stuff and some of that also for these terrorist secret armies.
if you look at Iran they have significant  ethnic minority around the edges
The persians are in the middle but around the edges what they have facing Iraq you've got the Kurds and you've got the Arabs in the south of Iran . There's a whole area called the Ravistan, which is very important because it has the oil.
It has the abadon oil field and refinery and card island and tanker terminal the main oil assets are in an area where there are a lot of Arabs possibly majority
And you've got Azeri in the northwest of iran you've got Turkmen in the northeast and you've got Baluchistan the Baluchi people are shared among Afghanistan and Pakistan and Iran That's in the East.
Now in each of these areas, you've got liberation fronts funded and run by CIA and the British
In Ravistan, there's something i call BP liberation front. british petroleum liberation front.
They wanna have Ravistan or Ahbaz the idea of being
that they detach the oil areas from Iran and bring it back under the control of the US and the british.

The recent action has been in the Baluchistan, a large bombing a suicide bombing set off at a gathering of officials attended by top commanders of pasta iran and revolutinary guards of iran. 30-60 people were killed, the ground commander of past iran nationwide killed and the provincial commander of the same revolutionary guards also killed .
This was claimde by an organization called Jundullah.

And jundullah is almost officially a branch of CIA. It is a part of secret CIA buget. we had the london daily telegraph in 2005 and in 2007 reporting that Jundullah is on the US payroll and they had the state department official who was named and the CIA offical was not named saying the us runs Jundullah.
Brian Ross of ABC news on television in 2007 says the US runs and pays for jundullah and you've also got Seymour Hersh in his famous series of articles in the New Yorker quoting Robert Bear in the CiA saying that jundullah is an arm of the US intelligence community.
So the iranians are being subjected to terror attacks on the part of the Kurds and Ravistan group and the Baluchistan group and others coming up as areas in Turkmen and not far behind.
The goal, of course, being to destroy the nation states of the middle east and indeed worldwide.
The brzezinski policy, micro states and mini states,not one Iran but 4 or 5 .
A landlocked oil-free Iranistan in the middle,kurds and azeris,arabs,turkmen,baluchis around the edges succeeding and Iraq cut into 3 parts, kurds,shiites and sunnis.
And Pakistan thesamestory,sind,punjab,wazahiristan,baluchistan and puchitunistan and all carved out of Pakistan
 
one of the main targets is also pakistan Baluchistan on the pakistan side would include the strategic port of Gwadar.
Gwadar is portof southwest of pakistan today. It just happens that 40% of oil tankers in the world sailed by the port of Gwadar.
And one very obvious thing would be to build tanker terminal at Gwadar and then build a pipeline up across the pakistan's energy corridor and into China over the Hmalayas above Kashmir.
This would solve the biggest single strategic problem of China, which is how to get oil without having to go on the water where the anglo-american always dominate and can always harrass you.

 

and it's also a question of saving of seavoyage of about 10,000 to 12,000 miles about half way around the world.
And if you had oil pipeline from Iran across the pakistan energy corridor and into China, that would be an even better solution. and these things can be put together.
The goal, therefore, for the anglo-americans is to destroy chinese allies and chinese economic partners wherever they can be found. Pakistan has got to be broken into pieces. Baluchistan is the key part of that.

The goal has got nothing to do with the dignity of these various ethnic groups and everything to do with  creating chaos and civil war so that no pipeline from Iran into China can go across the pakistani territory.
And that is the jundullah card that the CIA is playing under Obama.
At the time of revolution, everybody said,'well, at least obama is not verbally interfering with Iranian affair and this, of course, means absolutely nothing.
The US government is intervening, they are defacto at war with Iran below the threshold of conventional forces.
In other words, it's an irregular war and guerilla war plus political subversion that is being fomented against Iran and Obama is up to his neck in it...(후략)

 (역)오바마정책의 좋은 하나의 예는 아마 이란일 겁니다. 네오콘들과 체니는 진짜 이란 한방 먹이려고 했습니다. 2007년 8월과 9월에 B-52폭격기가 떳을땐 데 계획실행을 하지는 않았습니다. 자 이제 오바마의 외교정책은 네오콘이 아닌 브레진스키의 영감을 받고 있습니다.

 

중동은 항상 정책실행의 메인이 아니라는 것입니다. 그리고 반드시 전세계를 상대로 하는 정책을 펼쳐나가야 한다는 것입니다.
그리고 세계지배과 세계패권의 문제는 중동에서 찍접데는게 아니라, 중국과 러시아,인도를 포함해야 한다는 것입니다.

 

브레진스키는 이란을 공격하기를 원치 않습니다. 그는 실제로 한가지 발언을 했는데  만약 이스라엘의 전투기가 이란에 대한 공격을 감행한다면, 미국의 전투기가 상공에서 이스라엘전투기를 쏘아 떨어뜨려야 한다는것입니다.

 

매우 흥미로운 발언인데, 그는 이것을 거꾸로 된 USS 함대사건이라 부르며 많은 이들의 관심을 끌었죠.브레진스키는 왜 이란을 공격하기를 원치 않을까요? 그는 이란을 향해 더 야심찬 계획을 갖고있기 때문입니다. 그는 미국이 이란과 직접전쟁을 하기를 원치 않습니다. 그러면 실패자(loser)입니다.
댓가를 크게 치러야 할 겁니다. 뿐만 아니라 당신은 패자가 될 것입니다. 그리고 그 과정에서 당신은 쇠진해 질 것입니다.

브레진스키는 이란이 러시아와 중국과 사이가 않 좋아져 전쟁에 이르기를 원합니다. 어쩌면 둘 다와 한다면 더 좋겠죠. 상황이 여의치 않다면 최소한 이란이 중국으로 보내는 석유를 끊어버리고, 중국이 러시아와 카스피해의 석유를 갖고 막장전투를 치르게 하면서  영토분쟁에 빠지게 만드는 것입니다.

 

오바마의 정책은 첫째, 부시의 이란 분열시키기 정책의 연장선상에 있습니다. 시도하다가 실패한 색깔 혁명인 거죠. 미국의 CIA가 개입해서 권력쿠데타를 일으키는 것인데, 이번엔 녹색혁명이었죠. 테헤란의 녹색혁명이었습니다.

우크라이나의 오렌지혁명아시죠? 그루지아의 장미혁명도 있었습니다. 자 이제 우린 테헤란의 녹색혁명을 보게 됩니다.

 

누가 개입됐었죠? 80년대에 이란-이라크전쟁에서 이란쪽을 이끌었던 당시 외무장관이자 수상이었던 무사비(Mousavi)였죠. 이란-이라크전은 미국과 영국에겐 환상의 시나리오였습니다.

근 십년간 이란과 이라크가 전쟁의 수렁에 갇혀 수백만의 사상자를 내고, 완전 황폐화됐던 걸 상상해 보세요. 당시 미국과 영국진영의 일부에선 그 전쟁이 영원히 지속되길 바랐다고 말했다고 합니다.무사비가 그걸 가능하게 했죠.

 

무사비와 하셰미 라프산자니 즉,부패하고 시대에 뒤떨어진 왕정의 우두머리죠. 즉, 무사비는 CIA의 쿠데타 파당입니다.
그들이 아마디네자드를 타도하려고 했었죠. 근데 아마디네자드란 사람은  누구입니까?
아마디네자드는 군인이죠. 그는 과거 이란의 혁명근위대의 산물입니다. 그는 배경이 러시아의 푸틴처럼 군 정보출신이죠. 그렇기에 아마디네자드가 이끄는 정부는 전통적인 군부독재쪽으로 가는 거죠. 종교지도자들인 '물라'의 역할은 점점 더 줄이는 거죠.
그럼 미국이 참 좋아하지 않을까요? 왜냐면 이슬람근본주의가 과격하잖아요? 근데 아마디네자드가 종교지도자들의 권력줄을 짤라나가고 있는데,왜 좋아하지 않죠?  아닙니다 그 반대입니다.

 

여러분들은 무사비와 라프산자니가 이끄는 녹색혁명당이 거리로 나가 외치는 구호를 잘 들어보면 알게됩니다. 그들은 거리에서,'러시아 물러가라. 중국 물러가라'라고 합니다. 그게 뭘 의미하냐면, 만약 그들(무사비)이 권력을 잡으면 중국으로 가는 석유를 끊을 것이고, 러시아와의 싸움거리를 만들어 낼 거란거죠.

하지만 그들이 의도 했던 쿠데타는 결국 실패했는데 왜냐면,아미디네자드가 러시아로부터 그리고 '상하이 협력체'(역주;Shanghai cooperation organization, 중국과 러시아가 맺고 있는 경제,군사 협약)로부터 즉각적인 지원을 받았기 때문이죠.
이게 바로 (미국의 지향하는 정책의) 한 단면이고요. 이건 테헤란의 부유한 엘리트들을 설득시켜 폭동을 부추기며,  아마디네자드가 선거에서 패배했다고 전세계를 향해 떠들어데는 것이죠. 그것에 대한 아무런 증거도 없는데 말이죠. 사실이지 대부분의 증거들은 아마디네자드가 선거에서 이겼다는 것을 가리키고 있습니다.

 

 

(미국이 지향하는 정책의) 또 다른 측면은 지역적 혼란(역주;분열,불안정화)입니다.

CIA비밀요원들이 이란에서 활동하고 있는 것으로 알고 있습니다. 이것은 2005년과2006년에 부시가 승인한 프로그램인데요. 4억달러이상이 지원됐는데, 그 중 일부는 색깔혁명일으키는데 들어갔고, 다른 일부는 테러리스트 지원하는데 들어갔죠.

 

이란을 살펴보면 곳곳에 상당수의 소수민족(역주;또는 인종)들이 살고 있는데요. 물론 중앙에 페르시아인들이 있고요. 하지만 곳곳에 특히 이라크를 마주하고 있는 국경쪽엔 쿠르드족들 그리고 남부엔 아랍족들이 있습니다. 이 아랍인들이 거하고 있는 곳이 라비스탄이라고 불리는데, 중요한 지역인데 왜냐면 석유가 있기 때문이죠.

아바단 유전 지역이 있고,정유시설 그리고( ? )섬 그리고 송유 기지,그리고 아랍인들이 다수로 구성된 주요한 석유자산들이 모여있는 지역이 있습니다.

 

그리고, 북서부에 아제리가 있고, 북동쪽엔 투르크멘이 있고, 발루치스탄이 있습니다. 발루치사람들은 아프가니스탄과 파키스탄, 이란에  흩어져 있습니다.그게 이란의 동부지역입니다.

이런 각각의 지역들에, CIA와 영국의 지원을 받아 운영되는 '해방전선'이란 것들이 있습니다.
특히 남부의 라비스탄지역엔 제가 이름을 붙인 'BP해방전선'이란 것이 있는데요. 영국석유해방전선을 말하죠.
그들은 라비스탄이나 아바즈를 소유하길 원하죠. 계획은 이란의 석유가 나는 곳을 분리독립시켜서, 다시 영,미제국의 관리하에 놓이게 만드는 것입니다.

 

최근 사건이 일어난 곳은 발루치스탄지역입니다.파스타 이란과 혁명근위대소속의 고위지휘관들이 한데 모인 자리에서 규모가 큰 자살폭탄테러가 있었죠. 30-60명 가량의 관료들이 죽었고, 작전지휘관들과 혁명근위대 소속의 지역방위지휘관들이 죽임을 당했죠.

이 테러의 주도자들은 자신들을 준둘라(Jundullah)라고 밝혔는데요. 이 준둘라는  거의 CIA의 공식 지부나 마찬가지입니다. 이 그룹은 CIA의 비밀예산의 하나입니다. 2005년과 2007년에 런던텔레그래프가 미국이 준둘라에게 돈줄을 데고 있다고, 기사를 낸 적이 있고, 이름을 밝힌 미 국무부소속의 직원과 ,익명의 CIA직원이 미국이 준둘라를 운영하고 있다고 밝힌 적이 있습니다.

 

2007년엔 ABC뉴스의 브라이언 로스가, 미국이 준둘라를 운영하고 돈줄을 데고 있다고 보도한 적이 있으며, CIA의 로버트베어를 인용한 시모어 허쉬(Seymour Hersh)가  그의 뉴요커 신문의 연재기사에서 밝히기를 준둘라는 미 정보부 소속의 지부라고 말한 적이 있습니다.

사실이지 이란이야말로 쿠르드족과 라비스탄지역 그리고 발루치스탄지역에서 심각한 테러위협에 직면해 있는 것입니다. 다른지역도 결코 그 위협이 떨어지지 않습니다.

 

 

물론 그 목표는 브레진스키가 지향하는 것처럼, 중동의 주권국가들을 파괴하고, 전세계적으로도 마찬가지입니다.

 

 

브레진스키의 정책은 현미경처럼 작은 미니 나라들을 만들어서, 이란을 4개 또는 5개 지역으로 분열시키는 것입니다.

내륙지역이자 석유가 나지 않는 이라니스탄(Iranistan)을 중앙에 두고,그 주변엔 쿠르드,아제리,아랍,투르크멘 그리고 발루치를 둘르는 것입니다. 이라크도 3지역 즉, 쿠르드,쉬아 그리고 수니지역으로 나누는 것입니다.

 

 

파키스탄도 물론 같은 이야깁니다. 신드,펀잡,와자히리스탄, 발루치스탄과 푸치투니스탄 모두가 조각조각, 기존의 파키스탄에서 떼어낸 것이죠.

 

 

주요한 목표중 하나가 또한 파키스탄이죠. 파키스탄쪽의 발루치스탄지역엔 전략적 항구인 과다르(Gwadar)가 있습니다. 과다르는 현재의 파키스탄의 남서쪽에 있습니다. 전세계 석유의 40%물동량이 그 곳을 거쳐가죠.
 
그리고,(중국의)명백한 계획가운데 하나가 과다르쪽에 송유기지를 건설하는 것인데,그리고선 파키스탄의 연료지역을 거쳐 결국엔 중국으로 향하는 것이죠. 히말라야를 넘고 카쉬미르를 건너서 말이죠.

이것이 실행되면 중국의 가장 큰 전략적인 골칫거리가 해결되는데, 그것은 영,미제국주의자들이 항상 지배하며, 언제든 문제를 삼을 수 있는 해상지역을 거치지 않고, 석유를 얻을 수 있다는 것이죠.

 

그리고,그건 또한 석유를 공수하기 위해 지구반바퀴를 도는 것과 같은 10,000~12,000마일에 이르는 해상항해를 절약할 수 있는 것입니다.

만약  이란에서 파키스탄을 거쳐 중국으로 이어지는 송유관을 갖고 있다면,그건 훨씬 더 나은 해결책일 것입니다.모든 문제들이 한꺼번에 해결될 수 있습니다.

 

따라서 영,미제국주의자들의 목표는 중국의 우방들과 중국의 경제협력국들 즉,그들이 어디에 있든지간에 그들을 파괴하는 것입니다.
파키스탄은  조각조각 분해되어져야 하고, 발루치스탄은 그걸 이루어나가는데 핵심부분입니다.

 

목표는 이러한 다양한 소수민족들의 생활권을 지켜주고,보호해 주는 것과는 아무런 상관이 없고,오로지 지역에 혼란과 내전을 초래해서 송유관이 이란으로부터 파키스탄을 거쳐 중국으로 오지 못하게 하는 것입니다.

 

이것이 오바마정권에서, CIA가 준둘라란 테러단체아래 펼치놓는 카드입니다. 이란에서의 색깔혁명이 일어나는 동안, 많은 사람들은,"오바마가 이 사건에 간섭하여, 아무런 정치적 발언도 하지 않네."라며 좋아했지만,이것은 물론 아무 의미가 없습니다.

 

미국정부는 (이란의 내정에)직접적으로 간섭하고 있으며, 재래식병력을 투입하여 싸우는 전쟁은 아니지만, 사실상 이란과 전쟁중에 있습니다. 달리 표현하면, 이것은 비정규전이며, 이란을 상대로 진행중인 '정치적 전복'을 포함한 게릴라전인 것입니다....(후략)
