when you think about the idea of manipulating brain activity,you can do it for all kinds of different reasons.
I mean, it can be accidental sideeffect, which is what the military says is the case with HAARP.
But the question of side effect or delivered effect really takes us back to this issue of human manipulation.
is it possible? and let's talk about that a little bit more in depth.

 

<Human manipulation>
Talking a little bit more about what happens within the brain, how ELF  signal , which is extremely low frequency signals, might interact.
If you look at an EEG and you look at what brain is actually doing look at those patterns.
What we know is that the brain exhibits predominant waves during certain times during certain activities
In your very deepest state of sleep,for instance, 1~4 Hz pulses per second predominant ELF frequency within the brain. And that sort of middle stage of sleep or you're actively dreaming but you kinda consiously awake at the same time This is ? range approximately 4~ 7 Hz or pulse per second. 7~ 11 to 12 Hz is the Alpha range this is where you are when you're in that zone for ideal place for learning and doing art and that kind of activity
The better ranges get into where you're actively listening or participating all the way up to agitated state.

And what we know is that any external signal whether it be flickering light or whether it be bio orbit creating bite sound or whether it be electromagnetic energy being pulsed through the body or radiofrequency energy
All of these things at the right pulse rate can override normal brain fuction and change the way our brain chemistry then looks

Because it starts with energy interaction then create chemical reaction then create changes in our behavior.
So the idea of accidentally triggering these kinds of events or deliberately doing it as was discussed by Zibinew Brzezinski and McDonald  The idea that you could literally do this and  affects 70~80% of the population in large area.
HAARP can do this as a side effect or delivered effect, based on the science research done by the military and developing these techonologies.

It's not one of the stated goals of HAARP but it is an issue that needs to be looked at.
One that russians and european have begun to raise concern about because their research also shows exactly what we're saying. it is ,in fact, the case.

The problem with technology in the direction in which it is going, when you consider things like HAARP is getting away from the bullets and bombs and ordinances and going to energy-based technology.
Now the energy-based technology presents many challenges firstly from a standpoint of really looking at the damage that we create
We affect the living system and electronic systems but we don't affect the basic infrastructure of countries.

You know we're about to spend 2 trillion dollars in the total expenditures anticipated in Iraq alone. That is huge amount of expenditure over the years it's gonna take to rebuild what  is already spent on destroying it.

So these weapons are being developed to keep the infrastructure in place but kill or affect the living people within these regions .
So the idea of Haarp being turned to these uses in the future as these techniques and techonologies are advancing shouldn't be discounted at all.
In fact,it should be expected and it is one of the reasons that international bodies are beginning to complain about this technology for potential abuses.

<인간정신활동의 조작>

인간의 뇌가 어떻게 작용하는가를 조금 더 살펴보고자 한다면,즉 극저주파(ELF)신호가 어떻게 인간뇌와 상호작용할 지를 살펴봐야 합니다.

당신이 만약 EEG(역주:뇌의 활동이 일어날 때의 주파수를 알리는 그래프)를 살펴본다면,그리고 뇌가 실제 어떻게 활동하는가를 살펴본다면 우리가 발견하게 되는 것은, 뇌는 특정한 활동기간동안, 특정시기에 주요한 파장을 나타낸다는 것입니다.

예를 들어, 당신이 깊은 잠에 빠졌을 때 1-4헤르쯔의 파장의 주된 극저주파(ELF)신호를 보입니다. 그리고 잠의 중간단계 즉,당신이 활동적인 꿈을 꾸면서 동시에 깊은 잠에는 빠지지 않은 상태에서 뇌는 대략 초당 4-7헤르쯔를 보입니다.
알파파의 단계는 7-11,12헤르쯔인데 이 단계는 당신이 학습과 예술활동을 하기에 가장 적합한 단계입니다.
이보다 더 상위의 단계는 당신이 활동적으로 무엇을 청취할 때이거나 참여할 때 그리고 그위론 흥분했을 때의 뇌의 반응입니다.

 

우리가발견한 바로는 어떤 외부적 신호(=파장) 즉,그것이 깜빡이는 불빛이든 큰소리를 내는 물질이든 우리 몸에 진동을 일으키는 전자기파 에너지 또는 라디오주파주 에너지 이든, 이 모든 것이 (역주:뇌와 상호작용할 수 있는)적합한 진동주기에서 우리의 정상적인 뇌의 기능에 영향을 줄 수 있다는 것이고, 우리뇌의 화학반응을 변화시킬 수 있다는 것입니다.

처음엔 에너지작용으로 시작할 것이고, 다음엔 화학반응을 일으킬 것이고 다음엔 우리행동에 변화를 불러오게 될 것입니다.

 

그래서 즈비그뉴 브레진스키나 맥도날드등에 의해 논의된 것처럼 우연히 의도돼지 않았는데 발생했거나 의도적으로 그랬든간에, 실상 문자그대로 당신이 이것을 할 수 있다는 것과 넓은 지역 인구의 70-80%의 사람들에게 영향을 미칠 수 있다는 것입니다.

 

하프는  부수적효과든 의도된 효과든 간에, 이러한 기술을 개발했던 군사분야의 과학적 연구에 근거해서 이것(=인간정신조작)을 할 수 있습니다. 이것이 명시된 하프의 목표가운데 하나는 아니지만, 살펴보아야할 필요가 있는 중요한 사안입니다.
러시아사람들과 유럽사람들도 우려를 갖기 시작한 사안인데, 왜냐면 그들의 연구도 우리가 말하는 것과같은 동일한 결과를 보였기 때문입니다.

 

하프같은 기술이 나아가는 방향이 갖을 수 있는 문제점을 생각해 볼때,이것은 총알과 폭탄들의 물리적 효과들이 갖는 문제에서 벗어나 이것이 새로운 방향 즉,에너지에 기초한 기술이 갖는 문제점의 방향으로 나아간다는 것입니다.

에너지를 기초로 하는 기술들은 많은 새로운 위험을 갖고 있는데,첫째로 우리가 일으키는 파괴의 관점에서 살펴본다면,그것은 살아있는 생태계와 전자시스템에만 영향을 미치고, 나라들에 존재하는 기반시설물에 영향을 끼치는 않는다는 것입니다.

이라크 한곳에만 해도 총비용이 2조달러에 이를 것으로 기대되는데, 재건하는데도 또 다른 엄청난 비용이 수년간 들어갈 것입니다.

 

기반시설물은 하나도 손상시키지 않으면서 지역내 살아있는 사람들만 죽이거나, 영향을 미치는 무기들이 개발중인데요.. 기술들이 점점 더 발전함에 따라,하프가 미래에 이러한 목적으로 사용될 수 있다는 생각을 절대 간과해서는 않 될 것입니다.

간과만 하지 않을 뿐 아니라, 사실 미래에 이런 일이 있을 것으로 기대해야 합니다. 국제기구들이 이 기술의 잠재적인 남용에 대해 불평하기 시작하는 것도 그 이유중 하나입니다.

    하프는 단순한 연구프로젝트가 아닙니다. 지하자원탐사,기후조작,인공지진,수평선너머 원거리 레이다기능,전리층의 플라스마화를 통한 대공미사일방어막(shield) 형성등 다재다능하게 활용가능하며 실용화된지 20년도 않 된 군사분야의 '새로운혁명'과도 같은 무기입니다. 지난시절 엘리트들이 전쟁과 식량조절등으로도 인구조절에 실패했다면, 위에 브레진스키의 말처럼,공격자가 누군인지를 파악할 수 없는 하프를 이용하는 것이 그들이 생각하고 목적하는 바가 아닐까요?

지구가 자전함에 따라,하프는 지구자기장을 가로질러 잘라낼 수 있다, 마치 도너스모양의 실타래처럼 지구를 감싸고 있는 - 지도상의 경도선과 같이

하프가 지구라는 자연의 전자기장 망토를 끊어낸다는 말이 아니다. 하지만 강력한 주파수로 조화를 파괴하도록 각각의 가느다란 실들에 파동을 줄 것이다. 이런 조화되지 않은 시끄러운 충격들이 지자기장 유입선을 진동시켜서, 지구자기장이라는 커다란 거미줄을 진동시킬 것이다.

거미줄 위의 거미가 마음속에 그려진다. 곤충이 거미줄에 걸리면, 거미줄상의 진동이 거미에게 먹이감이 근처에 있음을 알린다. 하프는 마치 이런 거미줄위에 인위적인 극초단파의 손가락으로 찔러대는 것과 같다. 실타래에 구멍을 내는 정도는 아니겠지만 혼란스런 신호를 계속 쏘아대면서 말이다.
