Mike sent me this link, which ties to a presentation on advanced capabilities in the area of the thought control and very real violent attack. The esoteric nature of technologies available through “dark” research projects has made such things more than a possibility.
The only issue is whether you are one who is adequately “on the radar” enough to be subjected to such methods.
