이런 백신들은 미국이나 여타의 국가 어린이에게 강제접종된 것과 동일한 백신들이다.
No pharmaceutical drug is devoid of risks from adverse reactions and vaccines are no exception. According to the world’s leading drug regulatory authority, the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), vaccines represent a special category of drugs in that they are generally given to healthy individuals and often to prevent a disease to which an individual may never be exposed. This, according to the FDA, places extra emphasis on vaccine safety.
어떤 제약사의 어떤 약품도 심각한 부작용의 위험에서 빠지지 않는다. 또 백신은 결코 예외가 아니다. 세계의 의약품 통제기관중 주도급인 미국 FDA 는 백신을 의약품중에서 특별취급품으로 분류한다. 그 이유는 백신이 건강한 국민에게 접종되는 것이기도 하고 그 국민이 결코 감염된 적이 없는 질병을 목표로 접종받는데 목적은 미리 접종받아서 다음에 예방하겠다는 의도가 깔려있다는데 있다. 그래서 미국 FDA의 말을 빌리자면 백신의 안전성에 특별한 강조를 한다고 주장한다.
Universally, regulatory authorities are responsible for ensuring that new vaccines go through proper scientific eval!uation before they are approved. An equal responsibility rests on the medical profession to promote vaccinations but only with those vaccines whose safety and efficacy has been demonstrated to be statistically significant.
통상적으로 통제기관은 새로운 백신이 과학적 평가를 통과하는데 책임이 있다. 그게 승인받기 전에 그렇단 이야기다. 똑같은 책임이 의료계 전문가가 백신을 보급하는데에도 주어진다. 이는 백신이 단지 통계적으로 안전하고 효능이 있다는 사실이 있어도 개별적 주사를 할 때는 전적인 책임이 있는것이다.
Furthermore, vaccination is a medical intervention and as such, it should be carried out with the full consent of those who are being subjected to it. This necessitates an objective disclosure of the known or foreseeable risks and benefits and, where applicable, a description of alternative courses of treatment. In cases where children and infants are involved, full consent
with regards to vaccination should be given by the parents.
나아가 백신접종은 일종의 의술의 개입행위이다. 그러니 이는 접종받는 대상자의 완전한 동의하에 실시되야만 한다. 그렇기에 백신이 야기하는 부작용이 충분하게 공표될 필요가 있는 것이다. 그것이 비록 예견된 위험성이건 또는 어떤 혜택이 있는 것이건 또 대체 처방법이 있다든지 해서 피접종자는 백신에 대해 충분하게 알고서 맞아야 하는 것이다. 만일 어린이나 유아가 접종받아야 한다면 이런 접종실시 사실자체나 부작용 등을 부모가 충분히 알고 동의해줘야만 한다.
Deliberately concealing information from the parents for the sole purpose of getting them to comply with an “official” vaccination schedule could thus be considered as a form of ethical violation or misconduct.
그런데 부모에게 고의적으로 백신 접종사실을 숨기는 사례가 발생하는데 그 이유는 정부의 백신접종 스케쥴을 맞춰야 하기 때문이라는 것이다. 이런 불법적 행태는 의료윤리의 위반이며 직권남용이다.
Official documents obtained from the UK Department of Health (DH) and the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI) reveal that the British health authorities have been engaging in such practice for the last 30 years, apparently for the sole purpose of protecting the national vaccination program.
영국보건부 DH 와 백신면역합동위 JCVI 에서 입수한 공식 문서는 영국 보건당국이 지난 30년간 그런 불법 관행에 물들여 졌음을 폭로한다. 그 이유는 자기네가 수행하는 국가적 백신프로그램을 보호하기 위해서라는 단 한가지 이유에서다.
As a result of such vaccination policy promoted by the JCVI and the DH, many children have been vaccinated without their parents being disclosed the critical information about demonstrated risks of serious adverse reactions, one that the JCVI appeared to have been fully aware of. It would also appear that, by withholding this information, the JCVI/DH neglected the right of individuals to make an informed consent concerning vaccination. By doing so, the JCVI/DH may have violated not only International Guidelines for Medical Ethics (i.e., Helsinki Declaration and the International Code of Medical Ethics) but also, their own Code of Practice.
이런 보건 당국과 합동위가 조장한 백신정책의 결과로 수많은 어린이들이 부모에게 충분하게 백신의 위험이나 부작용을 알림이 없이 백신을 맞고 있다. 백신면역합동위 JCVI 는 이 사실을 충분히 알고 있음이 드러났다. 그들은 이런 정보를 숨김에 의해 국민의 백신영향성에 대한 인지권리를 무시했던 것으로 나타났다. 또 이들은 헬싱키 선언과 의료윤리 국제조약도 무시했으며 그들 자신이 세운 접종 규약조차도 모두 위반했다.
