Russian Black Sea Fleet's 2 Large Landing Ships Join Mediterranean Force TEHRAN (FNA)- The Nikolay Filchenkov and Azov large landing ships of the Russian Black Sea Fleet have begun a Mediterranean mission in the planned rotation of the inter-fleet group, fleet spokesman Capt 1st Rank Vyacheslav Trukhachev said Monday.

"The Mediterranean force currently includes ships and vessels of the Pacific, Northern, Baltic and Black Sea fleets," Interfax quoted him as saying.  The force is made up of the Admiral Panteleyev and Severomorsk large anti-sub ships, the Yaroslav Mudry patrol ship and other ships.  http://english.farsnews.com/newstext.php?nn=9202242388
